Contracted Fiscal Services
The Contracted Fiscal Services (CFS) Section provides an extensive range of fiscal services to other state agencies on a fee for service basis. CFS currently has over 30 customers ranging from a small state commission with a staff of three and a budget under $350,000, to a large state department with more than 400 employees and a budget of over $52 million.
Within CFS is a Bond Accounting Section that has become the State's expert in accounting for revenue bonds. The Bond Accounting Section accounts for more than $7 billion in revenue bonds sold to finance major capital outlay projects throughout the State.
