A General Services Charge Card (GS 971) is obtained by submitting a Form OFA 58a, Request for a General Services Charge Card, to the Office of Fleet Administration, 802 "Q" Street, Sacramento, CA 95814-6422.
2007-2008: Generally, no charge will be made.
Proposed 2008-2009: Generally, no charge will be made.
